The Fort Campbell Warrior Transition Battalion Complex supports Soldiers during their transition, either to return to active duty or to return to civilian life as honored veterans.

All the buildings in the complex are energy-efficient. The 123,000-square-foot barracks are adaptable or compliant with the Americans with Disability Act (ADA), with 26 fully ADA rooms. The $24.6 million barracks is equipped with a healing garden and can house up to 206 Soldiers.

A 20,500-square-foot building houses two company headquarters, which can accommodate 94 Soldier leaders who care for wounded, ill and injured Soldiers. The 8,100-square-foot battalion headquarters can accommodate 24 battalion support staff and leaders.

The complex is directly across the street from Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, where Soldiers receive much of their medical care. The complex includes the Soldier and Family Assistance Center (SFAC), which was the first Warrior Transition service to open within the complex.
